Below is a bare-bones outline of the crops we grow. Within each category, there are too many subheadings to list. For example, we grow 3 different colors of beets, 6 varieties of garlic, 16 lettuces, a dozen winter squashes and an amazing 25 types of tomatoes! Each year we trial varieties , both old and new, to search for the most flavorful, productive, and unique vegetables for our customers.
