Over the years we have worked on extending our growing season into the late Fall. Our root crops and cabbages are stored in two climate controlled refrigerators during the winter months, in order to supply our Winter CSA customers and for retail sales. This photo was taken during the first week or two of Fall harvest, and it wasn't long before these refrigerators were full of boxed goodies!
