A big part of our working week entails washing our produce for market and retail sales. During the Summer months we take more than 20 varieties of vegetables to the Itacha Farmers Market. Fridays make for a big day, as we harvest, wash and box everything for the early morning Saturday market on this, such a joyous, day.
